Payments for paid services may be processed through third-party payment service providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Brainreef does not store your complete card, UPI or other sensitive payment credentials unless expressly stated in the applicable payment process. A successful payment does not provide you with ownership of Brainreef's content or software. It provides you with the applicable access rights for the purchased service.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the conditions displayed to you at the time of purchase, which form part of these Terms. Any applicable refund will be processed using the payment method or process permitted by Brainreef and applicable payment-provider procedures. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Brainreef provides educational and placement-preparation content for learning and practice purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful content, we do not guarantee that every question, explanation, solution, assessment or learning resource will always be completely error-free or current. Content may be updated, replaced, modified or removed as Brainreef improves the Platform.
Brainreef may provide AI-powered interview practice, automated evaluation, recommendations and feedback. AI-generated results are intended for practice and educational guidance only. AI feedback should not be considered:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Brainreef is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with the companies referenced on the Platform. Brainreef may collect and process information necessary to provide the Platform, including account information, learning activity, assessment results, coding activity, interview responses and other information described in our Privacy Policy. Where Brainreef provides institutional services, certain student performance or readiness information may be made available to authorised institutional users in accordance with the applicable institutional arrangement and our Privacy Policy. We aim to keep Brainreef available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Brainreef's applicable place of business, subject to applicable law.
